Meet the Founder:
Dr. Kehar Khan (Dr. Kay)

For over two decades, I’ve worked across higher education, healthcare, insurance, startups, nonprofits, and media — shaping leadership strategies and people systems that deliver real impact.

My journey has taken me from academia to boardrooms, from hospitals to creative studios, and across the U.S., Thailand, Pakistan, and Germany. With a PhD in HR & Organization Development, a degree in Law, and a global career, I bring academic rigor, practical insight, and cultural intelligence to every partnership.

I’m known for blending behavioral science, psychology, and systems thinking with human-centered leadership development — combining the precision of research with the intuition of lived experience.
